Granola recipe





3 cups oats
3 cups coconut
2 cups sliced almonds

½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
3 Tbsp oil (I used canola)

2 cups dried fruit

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Mix dry ingredients together – set aside.  Mix honey, brown sugar, water and oil.  Heat until brown sugar has dissolved.  Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients – mix well.  Divide mixture in half and spread in a thin layer on two cookie sheets.  Bake for about 45 minutes – mixing once halfway through.  When slightly brown, take out of oven – let cool and mix in dried fruit.
